A short presentation by University of Michigan Physics professor Tim Chupp, PhD, and University of Michigan History of Art professor Celeste Brusati, PhD, will will follow.

Magicians Penn and Teller turn their analytic gaze from the world of magic to the world of fine art in this documentary about inventor Tim Jenison, who conducts experiments to discover how 17th-century Dutch Master Johannes Vermeer achieved such photographic realism in his paintings.
